  • Provide us with your updated email address & mobile number, as it will be used for the registration receipt and other conference communication.
  • Note : Registration forms without payment will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy:

  • All cancellation should be made in writing and sent to RAJESICON 2026 Conference Secretariat.
  • All cancellation received on or before 15 August, 2026 will be entitled for 50% refund of the registration amount paid.
  • No refund, if cancelled after 15 August, 2026
  • The refund process will be completed within 30 days of completion of the conference.
  • GST / bank charges/ online charges will be non-refundable.
  • Registration is not transferable

Mode of Payment :

  • By Online payment/DD/ Multicity Cheque in favour of “Endocrine Society Of India Rajasthan Affiliate” payable at Jaipur.
  • All Cheque payments are subject to realization.
  • Please Courier your duly filled registration form along with DD/Cheque to Conference Secretariat Address.
