Abstract GUIDELINES
There will be 2 categories for abstract submission namely
Short Paper will consist of the following subheadings
Title, Background, Methodology, Results, Conclusion
Case Reports will consist of the following subheadings
Introduction, Case Description, Conclusion
Last Date of Abstract Submission 15th August, 2026
E-POSTER GUIDELINES

File format should be PowerPoint (.PPT/.PPTX)

Total size of the presentation should not exceed 5MB
-
1 slide per poster
Animations/sounds/videos should not be used
-
Title and Presenting Author's name should be written at
the top of the Poster
-
A passport size photograph of the presenter should be
included in the presentation
-
Qualifications of the presenting author, affiliations,
Names of guides/coguides and institution logos are not
allowed to be printed on the poster
-
Poster should be in MS power point; time new roman
font and font size 12 pt.

Screens provided ratio will be 16:9 and the size will be
approximately 48X30 inches
-
Bonafide certificate from the HOD of the department
should be attached with the abstract
-
The E- Poster presentation time will be 5 Minutes + 1
Minute Discussion.
ORAL PAPER GUIDELINES
-
Abstract should not be more than 300 words
-
Abstract should be in MS word, Time new roman
font and font size 12 pt. or PowerPoint
(.PPT/.PPTX).

Time duration should be 8 minutes (5-minute
presentation and 1 minute Q&A)
-
Title and Presenting Author's name should be
written at the top of the Paper

Qualifications of the presenting author,
affiliations, Names of guides/coguides and
institution logos are not allowed to send with
paper
-
Bonafide certificate from the HOD of the
department should be attached with the
abstract.

The presentation time will be 6 Minutes + 2
Minute Discussion.
